Linda L. Stagg, of counsel to the Firm, practices in the areas of bankruptcy litigation, commercial bankruptcy, reorganizations and restructuring, federal appellate practice, federal trial practice, international transactions, uniform commercial code and workouts. She has extensive experience in commercial bankruptcy cases and related litigation.

Ms. Stagg was born in Omaha, Nebraska, and attended Tarkio College (B.A. 1981) and University of Pittsburgh School of Law (J.D. 1989). Ms. Stagg is licensed to practice law in Texas and South Carolina.
