Sandra W. Reed (formerly Gould), of counsel to the Firm, practices in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance coverage representation and bankruptcy. She has had more than sixteen years of trial practice, featuring health and accident insurance litigation, consumer litigation, labor and family law. She has considerable experience in administrative law in the area of Social Security Disability. She previously practiced with J. Thomas Schieffer, currently U.S. Ambassador to Japan, with her own firm Gould & Associates for six years, and as a partner in the firm of Bishop, Payne, Williams & Werley (currently Bishop, Payne, Harvard & Kaitcer).

A native of Mississippi and a resident of Fort Worth, Texas since 1975, Ms. Reed attended Mississippi College (B.A. 1969); Louisiana State University (M.A. 1973); and Southern Methodist University (J.D. 1983). Ms. Reed is a member of the Leadership Texas class of 1996. Ms. Reed is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
