2007 - Bobby Forshey and Jeff Prostok recognized by their peers, as "Super Lawyers*" for the year 2007. This marks the fifth year in a row for Bobby Forshey, and the fourth year in a row for Jeff Prostok. Although the Super Lawyers are voted on by and determined by fellow attorneys, this continued recognition reinforces the consistently high quality service that clients have come to expect from Forshey & Prostok.

2006 - Jeff Prostok served as President of the Tarrant County Bankruptcy Bar. The Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern District of Texas are being increasingly recognized as having some of the most accomplished and universally respected bankruptcy judges in the nation. According to Prostok, the exceptional quality of Northern District's bankruptcy judges is also reflected in the outstanding bankruptcy attorneys that make up the Tarrant County Bankruptcy Bar.

2005 - Jeff Prostok spoke as one of six panelists at the 2005 Bankruptcy Roundtable: Understanding the New Code. The event is expected to serve as the focus of an upcoming special issue of Texas Lawyer, who recently hosted the roundtable. The Roundtable was intended to provide business owners and interested professionals a venue to hear firsthand what the biggest names in the corporate and private bankruptcy realm have to say about the new Bankruptcy Code.
