Lynda L. Lankford, an associate with the Firm, practices in the areas of bankruptcy litigation, business reorganizations and creditor rights.

Ms. Lankford, a native Texan, attended the University of Texas (B.B.A. – Accounting 1982); the University of Texas LBJ School of Public Affairs (M.P.A. 1988); and the University of Texas School of Law (J.D. 1988).

Before joining the Firm, Ms. Lankford gained extensive experience as a bankruptcy practitioner in private practice, as a Chapter 7 Trustee, and as a briefing attorney for the Honorable Leif M. Clark, Bankruptcy Judge, Western District of Texas. With a background in accounting, Ms. Lankford also served as an auditor with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Houston, Texas.

Ms. Lankford is licensed in Texas, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, and before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
