Email: bforshey@forsheyprostok.com Bobby Forshey is a partner in the Firm, and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganizations and workouts, and creditor’s rights. Mr. Forshey was recently recognized in a state-wide survey of 65,000 Texas lawyers as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in 2007 by Texas Monthly; this recognition is generally reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in a given practice area. This marks the fourth consecutive year that Mr. Forshey has received this level of recognition from his peers. Mr. Forshey was born in Waco, Texas, and attended Baylor University (B.A. 1976, Magna Cum Laude) and Baylor Law School (J.D. 1979 Cum Laude). He served as Notes and Comments Editor and Symposium Editor of the Baylor Law Review. Mr. Forshey is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Western, Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas and before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
