Blake L. Berryman is of counsel to the Firm and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganization, and creditors’ rights. He has represented numerous creditors, creditors’ committees, and trustees in bankruptcy. In addition, Mr. Berryman has represented corporate debtors in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations, including the following:

• Lone Star Steel
• Brauns Fashions
• Lillie Ruben Fashions
• Mirant Corporation

Mr. Berryman, a native of Texas, attended Southern Methodist University (B.A. 1985) and Southern Methodist University School of Law (J.D. 1988). Mr. Berryman is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Texas.
