Jeff Prostok is a partner in the Firm, and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganizations and workouts, and creditor's rights. He has extensive experience in commercial bankruptcy cases and related litigation. Mr. Prostok represented numerous Creditors Committees in a variety of different cases.

Mr. Prostok was born in Hastings, Nebraska and attended the University of Texas (B.B.A. 1981, finance) and SMU Law School (J.D. 1984). Mr. Prostok is licensed to practice law in Texas and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern, Western, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas and before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Prostok served as past President of the Tarrant County Bankruptcy Bar in 2006.
