Bobby Forshey is a partner in the Firm, and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganizations and workouts, and creditor’s rights. Mr. Forshey was recently recognized in a state-wide survey of 65,000 Texas lawyers as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in 2009 by Texas Monthly; this recognition is generally reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in a given practice area. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Mr. Forshey has received this level of recognition from his peers.
