Bobby Forshey is a partner in the Firm, and practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganizations and workouts, and creditor’s rights. Mr. Forshey was recently recognized in a state-wide survey of 65,000 Texas lawyers as a "Texas Super Lawyer" in 2012 by Texas Monthly; this recognition is generally reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in a given practice area. This marks the eighth consecutive year that Mr. Forshey has received this level of recognition from his peers. Forshey Prostok is the only Fort Worth firm recognized in the 2012 edition of the Chambers USA/America's Leading Lawyers for Business. The firm is recognized in the 2012 Chambers as a leading bankruptcy firm in Texas and is the only "boutique" firm so recognized.
